About You
We are seeking someone who:
- Has experience in delivering and managing high-standard training programmes.
- Is a confident leader, capable of inspiring and developing a team.
- Demonstrates excellent organisational, planning, and communication skills.
- Proactively seeks continuous improvement and adapts to evolving standards.
- Is willing to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, across various WYFRS sites (this is not a work-from-home position).
